நாமக்கல்லில் நடைபெற்ற தேசிய முட்டை ஒருங்கிணைப்புக் குழு கூட்டத்தில், முட்டையின் கொள்முதல் விலை 5 காசுகள் உயர்த்த முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டது. இதன் மூலம், முட்டை விலை நாமக்கல்லில் ரூ.5.70 ஆகவும், சென்னையில் ரூ.6.30 ஆகவும் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
பால், தீவன பொருட்கள் மற்றும் போக்குவரத்து செலவுகள் அதிகரித்ததாலேயே விலை உயர்த்தப்பட்டதாக முட்டை உற்பத்தியாளர்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். நுகர்வோர் விலையும் இதனுடன் ஒப்பீட்டளவில் உயரும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
At a meeting of the National Egg Coordination Committee held in Namakkal, officials announced an increase of 5 paise in the procurement price of eggs. Following the revision, the wholesale price in Namakkal is now ₹5.70 per egg, while in Chennai it stands at ₹6.30.
Producers cited rising feed, fuel, and transportation costs as key reasons for the hike. Retail prices are also expected to increase in the coming days due to the adjustment in procurement rates.
