கோவை பயணத்தின் போது, விவசாய பெருமக்கள் தங்கள் கைகளில் இருந்த பச்சை துண்டை தலையிற் உயர்த்தி பிரதமர் மோடிக்கு வரவேற்பு தெரிவித்தனர். அவர்களின் ஆவலான வரவேற்பை குறித்து மோடி மேடையில் நெகிழ்ச்சியுடன் பேசினார்.
பீகாரில் இருந்து தமிழக வருகை வரை கிடைத்த மக்கள் ஆதரவை அவர் பெருமையாகக் குறிப்பிட்டார். விவசாயிகள் தான் நாட்டின் முதுகெலும்பு எனவும், அவர்களின் நம்பிக்கையை காக்கும் பொறுப்பு அரசின் மேல் இருப்பதாகவும் கூறினார்.
கோவை மாநாட்டில் மக்கள் உற்சாகம் அதிகரித்த நிலையில், பிரதமர் பல புதிய திட்டங்களை விரைவில் அறிவிப்பதாகவும் தெரிவித்தார்.

Addressing the gathering in Coimbatore, PM Modi emphasized that the government remains committed to protecting farmers’ welfare and assured that several new initiatives would be announced soon.
