சென்னை விமான நிலையத்தில் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள், முதியோர், நோயாளிகளை அழைத்து வரவும் அழைத்துச் செல்லவும் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் வாகனங்களுக்கு இனி பார்க்கிங் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படாது என்று விமான நிலைய நிர்வாகம் அறிவித்துள்ளது. இந்த மாற்றம் உடனடியாக அமலுக்கு வரும் என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மேலும், 15 நிமிடங்களுக்கு வெளியே சென்று விடும் வாகனங்களுக்கும் பார்க்கிங் கட்டணம் கிடையாது என்று அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். பயணிகள் சுலபமாக நகரும் வகையில் இந்த புதிய வசதி அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளதாக விமான நிலையம் விளக்கியுள்ளது.
Chennai Airport has announced that vehicles bringing persons with disabilities, senior citizens, or patients will no longer be charged any parking fee. The exemption comes into immediate effect, aiming to support hassle-free passenger movement.
Additionally, vehicles exiting within 15 minutes will not be charged for parking. Airport authorities have stated that this measure is implemented to make drop-off and pick-up smoother and more convenient for travelers.
