In Chennai’s Royapettah, a man known to the police as a rowdy was brutally hacked to death near an electrical sub-station, allegedly due to previous gang enmity. The shocking incident triggered a tense situation in the surrounding area.
Police forces were immediately deployed in large numbers, and an intense manhunt has begun based on CCTV footage to identify and arrest the suspects. According to initial investigations, the incident is believed to be the result of long-standing rivalry and revenge between two criminal groups.
