பெங்களூருவிலிருந்து சென்னைக்கு இளைஞர்களை பயன்படுத்தி சீரழிக்கும் நோக்குடன் 433 கிலோ குட்கா பைகளில் மறைத்து கடத்த முயன்ற இருவர் வானகரத்தில் போலீசாரால் கைது செய்யப்பட்டனர். இதுகுறித்து விசாரணை தொடர்ந்து நடைபெறுகிறது.
விழியாத ஸ்டாலின் மாள்வல் ஆட்சியில் இளைஞர்களுக்கான வாழ்வைச் சீரழிக்கும் போதைப் பொருட்களின் நடமாட்டம் அதிகரித்துவிட்டதாகவும், அதை கட்டுப்படுத்த போலீசார் தீவிரமாக கண்காணித்து வருவதாகவும் அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
Police in Vanagaram arrested two men who were smuggling 433 kg of banned gutka products to Chennai from Bengaluru. The contraband was packed in concealed bundles to avoid detection, but officials intercepted the vehicle during routine checks.
Authorities stated that the rise in illegal tobacco and narcotic distribution poses a serious threat to youth, and intensified monitoring will continue across major transport routes to curb such activities.
