சென்னை விமான நிலையத்தில் தொடர் பாதிப்பு | Continued disruption at Chennai Airport
2025 டிசம்பர் 5 அன்று சென்னை விமான நிலையத்தில் 65 விமான சேவைகள் ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. கடந்த 12 மணி நேரமாக டெல்லி, மும்பை, அகமதாபாத், ஜெய்ப்பூர், ஹைதராபாத் உள்ளிட்ட 32 இடங்களுக்கு செல்ல வேண்டிய விமானங்கள் இந்த ரத்துகளில் அடங்கும்.
விமானங்கள் ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டதால் பயணிகள் கடும் அவதிக்குள்ளாகியுள்ளனர். பலர் விமான நிலையத்தில் நீண்ட நேரம் காத்திருக்க வேண்டிய நிலை ஏற்பட்டதுடன், மாற்று விமானங்கள் குறித்து குழப்பம் ஏற்பட்டதாக கூறப்படுகிறது.
விமானிகள் மற்றும் ஊழியர்கள் பற்றாக்குறை, செயல்பாட்டு காரணங்கள் உள்ளிட்டவை விமான ரத்துக்கான முக்கிய காரணங்களாக கூறப்படுகின்றன. நிலைமை சீராக நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருவதாக விமான நிறுவனங்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளன.
On December 5, 2025, as many as 65 flight services were cancelled at Chennai Airport. The cancellations include flights scheduled over the last 12 hours to destinations such as Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Hyderabad, and a total of 32 locations.
The cancellations caused significant inconvenience to passengers, with many forced to wait for long hours at the airport. Confusion over alternative arrangements and rescheduling was also reported.
Airlines stated that staff shortages, including pilots and crew, along with operational reasons, were the main causes behind the cancellations. Efforts are underway to normalize flight operations at the earliest.
