கோவை மாணவி வழக்கில் காவல் துறையின் தாமதமான நடவடிக்கையை அதிமுக பொதுச் செயலாளர் எடப்பாடி பழனிசாமி கேள்வி எழுப்பினார் | AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami questioned the police over the delay in responding to the Coimbatore student case.
இரவு 11:20 மணிக்கு மாணவியின் நன்பர் உதவி கோரியபோதும், காவல் துறையினர் சம்பவ இடத்திற்கு 11:35 மணிக்கே வந்ததாகவும், மேலும் மாணவி 4 மணிக்கே கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டதாகவும் தகவல்கள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன. இதனால் காவல் துறை அலட்சியம் குறித்து கடும் விமர்சனம் எழுந்துள்ளது.
அதிமுக தலைவர் கூறியதாவது, “மாணவி காணாமல் போன 4 மணி நேரத்துக்கு மேலாக எந்த நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்காதது ஏன்? காவல் துறை எதற்காக மௌனம் காத்தது?” எனக் கேள்வி எழுப்பினார்.
AIADMK’s Edappadi Palaniswami has slammed the Tamil Nadu police for their alleged inaction in the Coimbatore student assault case. Reports revealed that though the victim’s friend informed police around 11:20 p.m., officers arrived only at 11:35 p.m., and the student was found nearly four hours later.
He demanded a full explanation from the authorities, questioning the 4-hour delay in police response. Palaniswami accused the DMK government of failing to ensure women’s safety and called for immediate accountability from the concerned officials.
