கோவை சம்பவத்தில் காவல் துறையின் தாமதமான நடவடிக்கையை அதிமுக பொதுச் செயலாளர் எடப்பாடி பழனிசாமி கடுமையாக விமர்சித்தார் | AIADMK leader Edappadi K. Palaniswami lashed out at the DMK government, calling its police force ineffective after the Coimbatore assault case.
நள்ளிரவில் ஒரு பெண்ணை தேடிக்கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியாத நிலைமை திமுக அரசின் காவல் துறையின் செயல்திறனை வெளிப்படுத்துவதாக அவர் கூறினார். “காவல்துறை முழுமையாக தோல்வியடைந்துள்ளது, சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு சீர்கேடு அடைந்துள்ளது” என விமர்சித்தார்.
அவர் மேலும், “குற்றவாளிகள் கைது செய்யப்பட்டாலும், ஒரு மாதத்திற்குள் தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும்; இல்லையெனில் திமுக அரசு மக்களிடமிருந்து கடும் எதிர்ப்பை சந்திக்கும்” என்று எச்சரித்தார்.
AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami condemned the DMK government, stating that the Coimbatore incident exposes the inefficiency of Tamil Nadu’s police force.
He said it was “shameful” that police failed to locate a missing woman for hours despite repeated alerts. Palaniswami demanded swift justice, warning that if the culprits aren’t punished within a month, the ruling government will face severe public outrage.
