ஆடை வடிவமைப்பாளர் ஜாய் கிரிசில்டா, நடிகர் மற்றும் தொழிலதிபர் மாதம்பட்டி ரங்கராஜா உடன் ஏற்பட்ட தகராறைத் தொடர்ந்து தனது வழக்கை சென்னை CCB-யிலிருந்து சிபிசிஐடிக்கு மாற்ற கோரி மனு தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார்.
ஜாய் கிரிசில்டா தனது மனுவில், “CCB போலீசார் வழக்கை சரியாக விசாரிக்கவில்லை, முக்கிய குற்றவாளிகள் பாதுகாக்கப்படுகின்றனர்” என குற்றஞ்சாட்டியுள்ளார்.
அத்துடன், வழக்கின் விசாரணையை நவம்பர் 12-ம் தேதிக்கு ஒத்திவைத்து, சென்னை நீதிமன்றம் CCB மற்றும் சிபிசிஐடி அதிகாரிகளிடம் விளக்கம் கோரியுள்ளது.
Fashion designer Joy Griselda has filed a petition seeking to transfer her case against actor-entrepreneur Madhampatty Rengaraj from the Chennai CCB to CBCID, alleging lapses in investigation and bias in handling the case.
She claimed that “key suspects are being shielded” and requested a fair probe under senior officers. The court has adjourned the hearing to November 12 and directed both CCB and CBCID officials to submit detailed reports.
