உயர் நீதிமன்றம் கடும் எச்சரிக்கை | High Court issues stern warning
தமிழகத்தில் பொதுஇடங்களில் அரசியல் கட்சிகள் அமைத்துள்ள அனுமதியற்ற கொடிக்கம்பங்கள் குறித்து உயர்நீதிமன்றம் கடும் கவலை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாறு அனுமதி இல்லாமல் நிறுவப்பட்ட கொடிக்கம்பங்களை உடனடியாக அகற்ற வேண்டும் என்று நீதிமன்றம் தெளிவாக அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளது.
ஏற்கனவே ஏப்ரல் 28-ஆம் தேதிக்குள் அவற்றை அகற்ற உத்தரவு வழங்கப்பட்டிருந்தபோதும், அதற்கான முன்னேற்றம் இல்லை என நீதிமன்றம் கண்டனம் தெரிவித்தது. மக்கள் பாதுகாப்பை உறுதி செய்ய அரசு விரைந்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் நீதிமன்றம் வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளது.
The Madras High Court has expressed serious concern over illegal political flagpoles erected in public places across Tamil Nadu. The court stated clearly that these unauthorised structures must be removed immediately by the state government.
Despite the earlier deadline of April 28 for removal, there has been no visible progress, the court observed. Stressing the importance of public safety, the High Court directed the government to act swiftly and ensure compliance without delay.
