தமிழகத்தில் ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வுக்கான ஹால் டிக்கெட் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்ய முடியாமல் பல தேர்வர்கள் சிக்கலில் சிக்கியுள்ளனர். தேர்வு நெருங்கி வரும் நிலையில், ஹால் டிக்கெட்டை பெற முடியாதது அவர்களுக்கு பெரும் பதட்டத்தை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது.
