சாம்பா பயிரிட தண்ணீர் பற்றாக்குறை அதிகரிப்பு | Farmers say 160 TMC required due to severe water shortage
தெற்குப் பகுதியில் தண்ணீர் பற்றாக்குறை தீவிரமாக உள்ளதால், சம்பா பருவ பாசனத்துக்கு குறைந்தது 160 TMC நீர் தேவைப்படுகின்றது என விவசாயிகள் தெரிவிக்கின்றனர். தற்போதைய நீர்மட்டம் மிகவும் குறைவாக இருப்பதால் பயிரிடும் நிலம் பெரிதும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
40 TMC மட்டுமே இருக்கும் நிலையில், கட்டாயமாக பயிர் காப்பீடு மற்றும் அவசர அரசு நடவடிக்கைகள் அவசியம் என விவசாயிகள் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளனர். நீர் விநியோகம் சீராக இல்லையென அவர்கள் கவலை தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
Farmers in the southern region have stated that at least 160 TMC of water is required for Samba cultivation due to severe water scarcity. The current storage level is too low, affecting agricultural activities.
With only 40 TMC available, farmers are urging the government to initiate immediate support measures, including crop insurance and emergency water management. They also expressed concern over irregular water distribution this season.
