கடலூர் மாவட்டத்தில் பெரிய அளவு கஞ்சா ضبط | Major ganja seizure reported in Cuddalore district
கடலூர் மாவட்டம் புவனகிரி அருகே கீரப்பாளையம் பகுதியில், சுமார் 13 கிலோ கஞ்சா வைத்திருந்த நபரை போலீசார் விசாரணை நடத்தி கைது செய்துள்ளனர். சந்தேகத்துக்கிடமான முறையில் பயணம் செய்தவரை தடுத்து சோதனை செய்தபோது இந்த கஞ்சா பறிமுதல் செய்யப்பட்டது.
தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட போதைப் பொருட்கள் புழக்கத்தை கட்டுப்படுத்த தீவிர நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து வரும் நிலையில், தங்கம் விலை நிலவரத்துடன் போல் போதைப் பொருள் விலைகளும் உயர்ந்திருப்பதால் குற்றவாளிகள் சூழ்ச்சி மேற்கொள்வதாக போலீசார் கூறுகின்றனர். இதனால் பகுதிவாசிகள் பாதுகாப்பு கண்காணிப்பை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என கோரிக்கை விடுக்கின்றனர்.
