திர்பரப்பு அருவியில் நீர்மட்டம் அதிகரித்ததால் குளிக்க தடை | Bathing prohibited at Thirparappu due to high water flow
திருநெல்வேலி–கன்னியாகுமரி பகுதிகளில் கடந்த சில நாட்களாக பெய்த கனமழையால் பேச்சிப்பாறை அணையில் நீர்மட்டம் அதிகரித்துள்ளது. இதன் காரணமாக திர்பரப்பு அருவிக்கு வரும் நீர் அளவு மிக வேகமாக உயரும் நிலையில் உள்ளது.
அருவியில் வெள்ளப்பெருக்கு ஏற்பட்டிருப்பதால் பயணிகளின் பாதுகாப்பை கருத்தில் கொண்டு குளிக்க தடை விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. சுற்றுலா பயணிகள் பாதுகாப்பாக இருக்க காவல்துறை மற்றும் நிர்வாகம் அவதானத்துடன் கண்காணிப்பு மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றன.
Heavy rainfall in Tirunelveli and Kanniyakumari districts has significantly increased the water level in Pechiparai Dam. Due to the sudden surge of water flow, the Thirparappu waterfalls are experiencing flooding and strong current.
To ensure tourist safety, authorities have officially prohibited bathing in the waterfalls until further notice. Police personnel and district administration have been deployed to monitor the situation and prevent accidents as visitor numbers continue to rise during holidays.
