அதிமுக முன்னாள் எம்எல்ஏ சுதர்சன் கொலை வழக்கில் ஆயுள் தண்டனை – Life term punishment for AIADMK former MLA Sudharsan murder case
திருநெல்வேலி நீதிமன்றம் முன்னாள் அதிமுக எம்எல்ஏ சுதர்சன் கொலைக்குப் பொறுப்பானதாக கருதப்பட்ட 95 சந்தேகநபர்களில் குற்றவாளிகளுக்கு ஆயுள் தண்டனை விதித்தது. பல ஆண்டுகளாக விசாரணை நடந்த இந்த வழக்கில் இன்று தீர்ப்பு வெளியாகியுள்ளதாக நீதிமன்ற வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்தன.
சுதர்சன் கொலையின் பின்னணி மற்றும் அதனைத்தொடர்ந்து ஏற்பட்ட அரசியல் பதட்டம் காரணமாக இந்த வழக்கின் தீர்ப்பு மாநில அரசியல் வட்டாரங்களில் பெரும் சர்ச்சையை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. தண்டனை காரணமாக குற்றவாளிகள் உடனடியாக சிறையில் தங்க வைக்கப்படுவார்கள் எனவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
The Tirunelveli court has sentenced the accused involved in the murder of former AIADMK MLA Sudharsan to life imprisonment. Out of 95 persons who were suspected and investigated over the years, the court confirmed the charges and pronounced the punishment today.
The verdict has drawn huge public and political attention as the Sudharsan murder case has been one of the most talked-about criminal investigations in the region. With this ruling, all convicted individuals will now be shifted to prison for serving their life sentence.
