தரத் தேர்வு ஆய்வுகளில் புறக்கணிக்கப்பட்ட 211 மருந்துகள் இனி விற்பனைக்கு தகுதியற்றவை என மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது. நாட்டின் பல மாநிலங்களில் மருத்துவ நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் மருந்தகங்களில் நடத்தப்பட்ட பரிசோதனையில் இந்த மருந்துகள் தரமற்றதாக பதிவாகியுள்ளன.
இந்தப் பட்டியலில் சில ஆன்டிபயாட்டிக் மருந்துகள், சர்க்கரை நோய் மருந்துகள் மற்றும் உயர் ரத்த அழுத்தம் தொடர்பான மருந்துகள் அடங்கியுள்ளன. தரமற்ற மருந்துகள் மக்கள் சுகாதாரத்திற்கு ஆபத்தானவை என்பதால் உடனடி நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டதாக அரசின் விளக்கம்.
இமருந்துகளை பயன்படுத்தி வரும் நோயாளிகள் உடனடியாக தங்களின் மருத்துவரை அணுகி மாற்று மருந்துகள் குறித்து ஆலோசனை பெற வேண்டும் என்று அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
The Central Government has officially banned 211 substandard medicines after nationwide inspections across hospitals and pharmacies. These drugs failed mandatory quality-control tests and were deemed unsafe for public use.
The banned list includes certain antibiotics, diabetes medications, and blood pressure drugs. Officials stated that such medicines pose significant health risks and immediate action was necessary to protect the public.
Patients currently using any of the banned medicines are advised to consult their doctors immediately for safe alternative prescriptions.
