டிட்வா புயல் காரணமாக பாம்பன் பாலத்தில் ரயில் சேவைகள் தற்காலிகமாக நிறுத்தம் | Titva cyclone impact forces suspension of train movement on Pamban Bridge
டிட்வா புயலின் தாக்கம் வங்கக்கடலில் அதிகரித்ததால், கடல் சீற்றம் பாம்பன் பாலப் பகுதியில் உயர் அளவில் பதிவாகியுள்ளது. பாதுகாப்பு காரணத்தால் பாம்பன் பாலத்தில் ரயில் சேவைகள் தற்காலிகமாக நிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளதாக ரயில்வே தகவல் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
காற்றின் வேகம் 65 கி.மீ. வரை சென்றதால், பாம்பன் பாலம் வழியாக ராமேஸ்வரம் செல்ல வேண்டிய ரயில்கள் அனைத்தும் மண்டபம் வரை மட்டுமே இயக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. நிலைமை சீராகும் வரை சேவை நிறுத்தம் நீடிக்கும் என அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
Due to the intensified Titva cyclone effect over the Bay of Bengal, sea waves near Pamban Bridge rose significantly, prompting authorities to halt train services on the bridge as a safety precaution. Railway officials confirmed that services have been suspended temporarily to avoid any risk.
Wind speeds reaching up to 65 kmph forced trains bound for Rameswaram to terminate at Mandapam instead of crossing the Pamban Bridge. Officials added that services will resume only after conditions improve and safety checks are completed.
