சத்தீஸ்கர் மாநிலத்தில் பாதுகாப்புப் படையினரின் நடவடிக்கையால் மாவோயிஸ்டுகள் சரணடைந்தனர் | In Chhattisgarh, Maoists surrendered following sustained security operations
சத்தீஸ்கர் மாநிலத்தின் பஸ்தர் பகுதியில், 2025 டிசம்பர் 1 அன்று 12 பெண்கள் உட்பட மொத்தம் 37 மாவோயிஸ்டுகள் பாதுகாப்புப் படையினரிடம் சரணடைந்துள்ளனர். மாநில காவல்துறை மற்றும் மத்திய பாதுகாப்புப் படைகள் மேற்கொண்ட தொடர்ச்சியான தேடுதல் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு நடவடிக்கைகளின் விளைவாக இந்த சரணடைவு நிகழ்ந்ததாக அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்தனர்.
சரணடைந்த மாவோயிஸ்டுகளில் பலர் பல ஆண்டுகளாக செயல்பட்டு வந்தவர்கள் என்றும், இவர்களுக்கு எதிராக பல குற்ற வழக்குகள் நிலுவையில் இருந்ததாகவும் கூறப்படுகிறது. அரசு அறிவித்த மறுவாழ்வு திட்டத்தின் கீழ் இவர்களுக்கு உதவிகள் மற்றும் சமூகத்தில் மீண்டும் இணைவதற்கான ஆதரவு வழங்கப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
In Chhattisgarh’s Bastar region, a total of 37 Maoists, including 12 women, surrendered to security forces on December 1, 2025. Officials said the surrender followed sustained anti-Naxal operations by state police and central armed forces in the forest areas.
Authorities stated that several of the surrendered Maoists were active for many years and were involved in multiple cases. The state government has assured rehabilitation benefits, financial assistance, and support for reintegration into society under its surrender and rehabilitation policy.
