சாலை புகார்கள் தீர்வில் தெளிவின்மை என குற்றச்சாட்டு | Questions Raised Over Road Complaint Resolution
2023-ல் தொடங்கப்பட்ட ‘நம்ம சாலை’ செயலி மூலம் தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள சாலைகளின் நிலையை பொதுமக்கள் புகார் அளிக்க வசதி செய்யப்பட்டது. இந்த செயலி தொடக்கத்தில் நல்ல வரவேற்பைப் பெற்றாலும், புகார்கள் மீது உடனடி நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படவில்லை என்ற குற்றச்சாட்டு தொடர்ந்து எழுந்தது.
செயலியில் பதிவான பல புகார்களுக்கு தீர்வு கிடைக்காத நிலையில், தற்போது அந்த செயலி மீண்டும் பேசுபொருளாகியுள்ளது. மோசமான சாலை நிலை, குழிகள், நீர்நிலைகள் தேக்கம் போன்ற பிரச்சினைகள் நீடிப்பதால், ‘நம்ம சாலை’ திட்டத்தின் பயன்தன்மை குறித்து மக்கள் கேள்வி எழுப்பி வருகின்றனர்.
Launched in 2023, the ‘Namma Salai’ app was introduced to allow citizens across Tamil Nadu to report poor road conditions and related issues. Initially, the app received positive attention, but complaints soon emerged that many reports were not addressed in a timely manner.
With several road-related grievances still unresolved, the app has again come under public scrutiny. Ongoing issues like potholes, damaged roads, and waterlogging have led citizens to question the effectiveness of the ‘Namma Salai’ initiative and demand clearer accountability and action.
