In Thoothukudi district, police launched an intensive operation to nab a notorious history-sheeter who escaped during an earlier attempt to arrest him. The incident occurred at night, with visuals showing the suspect hiding in bushes and uneven terrain.
According to police sources, the chase extended to an area nearly 1,000 feet deep. Due to darkness and difficult terrain, the suspect managed to evade immediate capture, while search operations continue with heightened security.
