2025 டிசம்பர் 6 அன்று, Ramanathapuram district-இல் நடைபெற்ற கோர சாலை விபத்தில் 5 பேர் உயிரிழந்தனர். நேருக்கு நேர் மோதிய இரு கார்கள் முற்றிலும் சேதமடைந்த நிலையில், சம்பவ இடத்திலேயே சிலர் உயிரிழந்ததாக தகவல் வெளியாகியுள்ளது.
இந்த விபத்தில் மேலும் 7 பேர் படுகாயமடைந்துள்ளனர். அவர்கள் உடனடியாக அருகிலுள்ள அரசு மருத்துவமனைகளுக்கு கொண்டு செல்லப்பட்டு சிகிச்சை அளிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. விபத்துக்கான காரணம் குறித்து காவல்துறை விசாரணை மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.
On December 6, 2025, a tragic road accident in Ramanathapuram district claimed the lives of five people after two cars collided head-on. Both vehicles were severely damaged in the impact, and some victims died on the spot, according to preliminary reports.
Seven others sustained serious injuries in the crash and were rushed to nearby government hospitals for treatment. Police have registered a case and are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
